Our team works hard to deliver our promise on great tasting candy and gifts. That includes ensuring our products get delivered to you safely and on-time! Please check below for Frequently Asked Questions regarding shipping and products ordered on our website.

When will my order arrive?

Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 1-3 business days to process(not including shipping time). Domestic delivery will take approximately 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. 2nd Day Air Shipping will take approximately 2 business days after processing times.

 We only ship to addresses located within The United States of America. Orders shipped to PO Boxes and FPO/APO will not be accepted. Hawaii and Alaska shipments are not available.

Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm EST. Orders placed Monday through Friday after 11:00am EST will be processed the following business day.

How do I track my package?

Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link to track shipment status on your package.

How can I avoid having my candy melt during shipping in hot conditions?

Many Frankford products can be delivered via Standard delivery all year around, however, Frankford chocolate and gummy products are sensitive to heat. To ensure quality, shipments containing these products will be packed in insulated containers with cold packs and shipped via Expedited 2-Day service at the higher delivery cost. However, to ensure your product does not melt while sitting on your doorstep after delivery, consider shipping to your place of work or other indoor location so your package won’t be outside in the heat for an extended period of time. Chocolate can melt in as little as two hours in the sun.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72 hours of the order being received. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.

What is Frankford Candy's return policy?

All our products are final sale - they cannot be returned. If you have more questions or have specific concerns about the product you received, please contact Customer Service here.

How do I use a discount code?

When you select "Check Out", you can enter your discount code in the field on the right side of your screen, then hit Apply and your discount will be applied to your Total.
